You can never consider an outfit complete till you manage to accessorize it with the latest handbag and as Victoria Beckham launches her latest prêt collection of really easy to wear and ultra comfortable frocks, all you can do is wait for the bags to hit the stores. Victoria Beckham is known for her love for designer purses and handbags and it is common knowledge that she has been in love with the Hermes Birkin much before David came along.

Her small frame manages to do justice to both the large totes as well as the really-expensive small jewelled bags which have become scarce since Victoria started working on her designer label. So would dress designing and creating modern handbags which would have place-for-everything take Victoria’s team a long time to develop? Well, considering the time she has spent on her limited range of ten dresses, the answer to that question would be yes.

Expect accessories to hit the designer racks next year (provided Posh does not have any exclusive contract with her earlier endorsements) and expect it to be practical, even designed for new moms who need to carry half the world with them and would be frantically looking for an ‘IT’ handbag so as to look updated. So would I carry a DVB (Mrs. Beckham’s brand) bag over my DVB jeans? The answer to that question is yes! yes! We just can’t wait to see what Posh has in store for the rest of the world especially when it comes to designer handbags!
